The Board of Directors of the Jane and Aatos Erkko Foundation have made the following appointments as of May 19, 2010: Dr Aatos Erkko, Chairman of the Board has been nominated as the Honorary Chairman of the Foundation. Mr Nils Ittonen, M.Econ., has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board. Vice Chairman of the Board is Mrs Jane Erkko. Mr Jaakko Rauramo and Mr Sakari Alhopuro were re-elected to the Board. Mrs Heli Rahka was elected as a new member of the board. She has been Secretary General since the Foundation was established. Mrs Marja Leskinen, M.Laws, member of the board since 2002, was elected as new Secretary General starting August 1, 2010.
